Cyrus Vance is the State Keeper of Records and Seal for Omega Psi Phi in Mississippi. In his professional life, he currently serves as the Dean of Students and Chief Student Affairs Officer at a college. He holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from Morgan State University, an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree from Arkansas State University, and both a Master of Education (M.Ed.) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from Delta State University.
